Tightening it using a plastic knob that has a small brass M5 insert. For making up the mistakes made in tolerances It uses an M6 nut as a spacer on an M5 shaft. And to top it all off, it's using a paper shim for holding the two arms in place. You need to tighten it too hard, due to the lack of meeting any form of tolerances.
